These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TuckStop™ website and your purchase or reservation of products and services offered through the website.

This website and the TuckStop™ brand are operated by Lamb Product & Co. LLC (“TuckStop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

By accessing our website, placing a reservation, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

1. Online Store Terms

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use our products or services for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, or unauthorized activity.

2. TuckStop™ Reservations

From time to time, we may allow customers to reserve an upcoming TuckStop™ product before it becomes commercially available.

A reservation is not a purchase of the finished TuckStop™ product and does not guarantee a particular manufacturing, availability, shipping, or delivery date.

For the initial TuckStop™ launch, the reservation payment is $10. When the finished product becomes available for purchase, eligible reservation holders will receive instructions for applying their $10 reservation credit toward the purchase price.

The current planned launch price for the TuckStop™ 6 Piece Set is $44.99, but product specifications, availability, timing, and pricing may change before commercial launch. If a material change affects an existing reservation, we will communicate the applicable options to the reservation holder.

Reservations are also subject to our separate TuckStop™ Reservation Terms.

3. Reservation Refunds

The $10 TuckStop™ reservation payment is fully refundable at any time before you complete the purchase of the finished TuckStop™ product.

If you decide not to complete your purchase, you may contact us to request a refund of your reservation payment.

If TuckStop™ does not proceed to commercial launch, outstanding reservation payments will be refunded.

Once a reservation credit has been applied toward the completed purchase of a TuckStop™ product, the resulting product purchase will instead be governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Because TuckStop™ is a developing physical product, final product dimensions, materials, colors, packaging, specifications, appearance, and other details may differ from prototypes, renderings, photographs, samples, or pre-launch descriptions.

We may modify or discontinue products or features when reasonably necessary.

Product photographs and colors may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We may change prices before a purchase is completed. A price change will not retroactively alter a completed transaction except when necessary to correct an obvious pricing or technical error and as permitted by law.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes for physical products will be shown or calculated as part of the applicable purchase process.

A TuckStop™ reservation payment is separate from shipping charges and taxes associated with the later purchase of the finished product.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Physical product purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Any shipping or delivery estimates we provide are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, customs, supply-chain interruptions, or other events beyond our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds for completed physical-product purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Intended Use

TuckStop™ products should be installed and used according to the instructions provided with the product.

Customers are responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for their particular furniture, flooring, household, and intended application.

Do not use TuckStop™ in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or instructions.

10. Intellectual Property

The TuckStop™ name, branding, logos, website content, product designs, graphics, photographs, written materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Lamb Product & Co. LLC, except where otherwise indicated.

Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, exploit, or use our intellectual property except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify and payment, shipping, analytics, advertising, and other service providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lamb Product & Co. LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, services, or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lamb Product & Co. LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, services, or products or your material violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The revised Terms will be posted on this website with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
